Yes. The Kickstart plan is free forever and needs no credit card. It includes unlimited automated test creation, unlimited test execution on your own machine, unlimited API tests, and 7 days of test history. Upgrade to Scale Up when you want to run tests in the cloud.
CloudQA has three plans. Kickstart is free. Scale Up costs $119 per month billed monthly, or $99 per month billed annually (a 15% saving). QA-as-a-Service, our managed testing plan, is custom-priced to match your test volume.
Scale Up is self-serve: your team builds codeless tests and runs them in the CloudQA cloud, with scheduling, CI/CD integrations, notifications and optional parallel runs. QA-as-a-Service is done for you: CloudQA experts design, run and maintain your tests, with a dedicated account manager and premium priority support.
You can purchase parallel runs on the DIY and DFY plans—either directly in the CloudQA app or when selecting your plan.
Simply go to the Subscription, choose the number of parallel runs you need, and proceed to checkout.
Each additional parallel run costs $119/month for users on a monthly subscription.
If you’re on an annual plan, you’ll receive a 15% discount on this price.
You will be invoiced when you first subscribe and then every month or year after that. Your first month is pro-rated (for both monthly and annual plans). Subsequent charges are invoiced on the first of the month.
Yes, you can see usage data in the app by clicking on “User Name” in the top right nav and then My Account.
You can get support through email, screen sharing, and in-app chat in the application.
Yes. We use a PCI-certified vendor for payment processing and we don’t store any of your card’s information on our systems.
Kickstart (free) runs tests on Chrome. Scale Up and QA-as-a-Service support Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Safari and specific browser versions are available on custom plans — talk to us if you need them.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@cloudqa.io. Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period (the end of the month for monthly subscriptions or the end of the year for annual subscriptions).
