You will be invoiced when you first subscribe and then every month or year after that. Your first month is pro-rated (for both monthly and annual plans). Subsequent charges are invoiced on the first of the month.

Yes, you can see usage data in the app by clicking on “User Name” in the top right nav and then My Account.

You can get support through email, screen sharing, and in-app chat in the application.

Yes. If you execute a test in multiple browsers or multiple environments, it will count as multiple test executions. For example, one test which executes against two environments on two browsers would count as four test executions.

Yes. We use a PCI-certified vendor for payment processing and we don’t store any of your card’s information on our systems.

You can have extra users free for the first six months if you subscribe to an annual plan. Please contact us at [email protected] and detail your regression testing requirements.

We support one latest stable version of each browser – Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 11. Any additional browser version support, Edge and Safari will be provided in a custom plan.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period (the end of the month for monthly subscriptions or the end of the year for annual subscriptions).
